На сучасному етапі еволюції світових фінансових ринків визначається існування єдиної та взаємопов’язаної системи захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг, що займають ключове положення в інвестиційному процесі. Кожен елемент цієї системи виконує специфічні функції, сприяючи трансформації накопичених сум у вкладення через забезпечення різноманітних фінансових послуг.

At the current stage of the evolution of global financial markets, the existence of a unified and interconnected system of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services, which occupy a key position in the investment process, is determined. Each element of this system performs specific functions, contributing to the transformation of accumulated sums into investments through the provision of various financial services.
