Abstract

Вплив міжнародної допомоги на макрофінансову стабілізацію в Україні. Цей аспект вивчають аналітики міжнародних фінансових організацій у співпраці з українським урядом. Водночас, багато питань поки залишаються маловивченими чи дискусійними.Мета дослідження: Оцінити обсяги, характер та ефективність міжнародної економічної допомоги Україні під час російсько-української війни, а також визначити пріоритетні напрями її удосконалення. Об'єктом дослідження є міжнародна економічна допомога Україні як інструмент забезпечення фінансової стабілізації та відбудови економіки під час війни. Предметом дослідження є організаційно-економічні засади надання міжнародної економічної допомоги Україні у формі грантів, кредитів, технічної підтримки тощо з боку держав-донорів, міжнародних організацій та фондів у період війни з Росією, оцінка її ефективності та визначення основних напрямів удосконалення.

The impact of international aid on macro-financial stabilization in Ukraine. This aspect is being studied by analysts of international financial organizations in cooperation with the Ukrainian government. At the same time, many issues still remain understudied or debatable. The purpose of the study: To assess the scope, nature and effectiveness of international economic aid to Ukraine during the Russian-Ukrainian war, as well as to determine the priority directions for its improvement. The object of the study is international economic aid to Ukraine as a tool for ensuring financial stabilization and reconstruction of the economy during the war. The subject of the study is the organizational and economic principles of providing international economic aid to Ukraine in the form of grants, loans, technical support, etc. from donor states, international organizations and funds during the war with Russia, evaluating its effectiveness and determining the main areas of improvement.
