Abstract	Метою роботи є визначення на основі аналізу чинного законодавства України сутності, особливостей та змісту організаційно-правових основ управлінської діяльності в митних органах, а також вироблення обґрунтованих пропозиції та рекомендацій щодо її удосконалення. The purpose of the work is to determine, based on the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, the essence, features and content of the organizational and legal foundations of management activities in the customs authorities, as well as to develop substantiated proposals and recommendations for its improvement.
