Управління логістичними ризиками на підприємстві із зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю

Abstract

Статтю присвячено питанню управління логістичними ризиками, що дає змогу знизити вірогідність їх настання та мінімізує вплив ризиків на діяльність підприємства. Визначено сутність логістичного ризику, що в практичному аспекті дає змогу ідентифікувати чинники впливу на діяльність логістичної системи підприємства. Виявлено основні причини виникнення ризиків та проведено їх класифікацію за основними критеріями. Охарактеризовано ризики, які можуть мати місце під час здійснення закупівельної, виробничої, транспортної, складської та збутової діяльності. У підсумку розроблено алгоритм управління логістичними ризиками та охарактеризовано кожен із його етапів, що дає змогу керівництву підприємства зменшити або повністю нівелювати вплив ризиків шляхом завчасної їх оцінки та розроблення системи заходів із мінімізації.

Статья посвящена вопросу управления логистическими рисками, что позволяет снизить вероятность их наступления и минимизирует влияние рисков на деятельность предприятия. Определена сущность логистического риска, что в практическом аспекте позволяет идентифицировать факторы влияния на деятельность логистической системы предприятия. Выявлены основные причины возникновения рисков и проведена их классификация по основным критериям. Охарактеризованы риски, которые могут иметь место при осуществлении закупочной, производственной, транспортной, складской и сбытовой деятельности. В итоге разработан алгоритм управления логистическими рисками и охарактеризован каждый из его этапов, что позволяет руководству предприятия уменьшить или полностью нивелировать влияние рисков путем заблаговременной их оценки и разработки системы мер по минимизации.

The need to make optimal logistics decisions, identify and evaluate logistics risks is particularly important in today's competitive environment. Today's economic situation makes the problem of risk management particularly relevant for the management of any enterprise, since enterprises are faced with a huge number of negative factors that affect the end result of their activity. Risk accounting allows the company to ensure the flexibility of these systems, their adaptation to the variability of the market situation and the use of the latest methods and technologies of logistics management. An indispensable point in the logistics system is to provide a set of measures to maintain a high level of system reliability that will result in to minimize the likelihood of a negative result. The purpose of the work is to investigate the logistical risks and their classification. The work is also aimed at developing a logistic risk management algorithm to counteract the impact on enterprise activity. The article deals with the issue of logistics risk management, which reduces the likelihood of their occurrence and minimizes the impact of the risks on the enterprise. The essence of logistical risk is determined, which makes it possible in practical aspect to identify the factors of influence on the activity of the logistic system of the enterprise. The main causes of the risks are identified and their classification according to the main criteria. The risks that may be involved in purchasing, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing and sales activities are outlined. As a result, an algorithm for managing logistical risks has been developed and each of its stages is characterized, which enables the management of the enterprise to reduce or completely offset the impact of risks through their early assessment and development of a system of measures for minimization. Taking into account logistical risks in the activity of enterprises will allow to provide flexibility and their adaptation to the changing market situation, as well as to make use of the latest methods and technologies in managing the delivery of goods to its customers.
