Abstract Reading the "Esquire", I came across the news: "U.S. Government and Donald Trump personally intend to change visa rules for pregnant women from other countries". It’s connected with a phenomenon, which received the name "birth tourism". The essence is very simple: pregnant women from foreign countries travel to the USA intentionally to have a baby there and then to register a foreign citizenship for their newborn child. So, why do people leave their country to give birth in other countriesand why is it improper?
