Abstract	В статті проведено аналіз основних підходів до регулювання ринку альтернативного фінансування в країнах світу. Значна увага приділена дослідженню основних засад регулювання даного ринку в США, Великобританії та Китаї як лідерів за обсягами альтернативного фінансування у світі. Визначені основні ризики, що можуть вплинути на розвиток краудфандингових та peer-to-peer онлайн платформ, та запропоновані відповідні напрямки їх державного регулювання. The article analyzes the main approaches to the regulation of the alternative finance market in different countries. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the main principles of regulation of alternative finance in the USA, United Kingdom and China as leaders of the world alternative finance market. The main risks that could affect the development of crowdfunding and peer-to-peer online platforms are identified, and corresponding areas of state regulation are suggested
