Abstract	Статья посвящена анализу коммуникативно-прагматических и структурно-семантических принципов построения газетных информационных сообщений. Информационные блоки объединены функциональной направленностью на реализацию прагматических установок текстов исследуемого жанра. The article deals with communicative, pragmatic, structural and semantic principles of the structure of newspaper weather forecast report. The informational blocks are united with the functional orientation to realize pragmatic aims of the texts of examined genre.
