Abstract	Досліджуючи у своїй роботі питання неплатоспроможності банку, автор зазначає, що при визначенні стану неплатоспроможності банку потрібно враховувати такі ознаки неплатоспроможності банку, як неспроможність та невідповідність. Exploring issues in the work of the bank's insolvency, the author notes that the definition of insolvency of the bank should consider the following signs of insolvency of the bank as a failure and inconsistency.
