Abstract	Досліджено та обґрунтовано систему факторів впливу на ефективність міжбюджетних відносин. Запропоновано науковий підхід до оцінки ефективності міжбюджетних відносин на основі застосування економіко-математичного обґрунтування соціальних, економічних, політичних, інституційних факторів впливу. Отримані результати надають можливість реально оцінити сучасний стан міжбюджетних відносин, як інструменту соціально-економічного розвитку регіону. In the article investigational the factors system of influence is reasonable on efficiency of interbudget relations. The scientific going offers near the estimation of efficiency of interbudget relations on the basis of application of ground of social, economic, political, institutional factors of influence. The got results give possibility really to estimate the modern state of interbudget relations, as to the instrument of socio-economic development of region.
