Abstract	У статті досліджуються особливості трактування категорії “юридична особа” в адміністративному праві. На підставі аналізу нормативних конструкцій та галузевих наукових досліджень здійснено спробу виокремити обумовлені адміністративними правовідносинами ознаки юридичної особи та сформулювати її адміністративно-правове визначення. The article is devoted to the research of the peculiarities of the “legal person” category in the administrative law. On the basis of the normative constructios analysis and scientific researches in different spheres it was done an attempt to distinguish the features of the legal person caused by administrative legal relations and to formulate its administrative legal definition.
