Abstract	У статті досліджено проблемні питання обліку операцій з придбання підприємства. Проведено порівняння визначення ідентифікованих активів за міжнародними та вітчизняними стандартами обліку, визначено основні об’єкти управлінської діагностики підприємства при його придбанні, розглянуто особливості визначення справедливої вартості ідентифікованих активів In this paper the problematic issues of accounting for transactions to acquire the company is investigated. A comparison of the identified assets definition in international and domestic standards, the basic diagnostic facilities management company with its acquisition, the features of the fair value of identified assets calculating are analyzed
