Abstract	В работе рассматриваются методы денежной оценки земли, применимые для определения рыночной цены санаторно-курортного учреждения. Предложена модель расчета ставки капитализации чистого дохода методом соотношения ме-жду чистым годовым доходом и ценой продажи подобного земельного участка, так называемого “частного сектора” курортных услуг. In work methods of a monetary estimation of the ground applicable for definition of a market price of sanatorium establishment are considered. The model of calculation of the rate of capitalization of the net profit by a method a parity between the pure revenue and by sale of the similar ground area of so-called “private sector” of resort services is offered.
