Abstract	У статті розглядається можливість реструктуризації системи внутрішнього фінансового контролю шляхом її організації на основі системи зворотних зв'язків. Запропоновано методику контролю первинних показників і матрицю прав контролю. The article examines the possibilities of the internal financial control system restructurization by means of its organization on the basis of the feedback control system. A new methodology of the primary indexes control and the control rights matrix are suggested.
