Abstract	Es ist nicht so einfach in eine andere Kultur durchzudringen, sie anzunehmen und sich in ihr zu integrieren. Man wird in der fremden Umgebung lange als Fremder angesehen, durch sein Benehmen und Vorgehensweise kann man doch viel dafür tun, um im fremden Land akzeptiert zu werden, weil der gegenseitige Respekt und Verständnis anderer Verhaltens - und Denkensweisen die Vorrausetzungen für diese Akzeptanz und Mitarbeit bilden.
