Оцінка стану плода у вагітних з аритмією серця

Abstract

Вивчено показники біофізичного профілю плода, кардіотокограми, стан кровотоку в артеріях пуповини, маткових артеріях у вагітних із екстрасистоліями, пароксизмальною тахікардією. У жінок із пароксизмальною тахікардією виявлені помірні порушення кровотоку в маткових артеріях, невеликі відхилення окремих показників біофізичного профілю плода.

Изучены показатели биофизического профиля плода, кардитокограммы, состояние кровотока в артериях пуповины, маточных артериях у беременных с экстрасистолиями, пароксизмальной тахикардией. У женщин с пароксизмальной тахикардией обнаружены умеренные нарушения кровотока в маточных артериях, небольшие отклонения отдельных показателей биофизического профиля плода.

The aim of this study was to investigate the hemodynamic features in the "mother-placenta-fetus", the functional state of the fetus in pregnant women with ekstrosistoly and paroxysmal tachycardia. In order to clarify the diagnosis to all pregnant women during their stay in the maternity hospital performed tests: ECG, echocardiography, consultation of a cardiologist. In the study used the following methods: cardiotocography fetal echographic study of the fetus, placenta, doplerometrii fetoplacental complex. The survey showed that in pregnant women with heart rhythm disorders as ekstrosistoly hemodynamics in the "mother-placenta-fetus", fetal biophysical profile parameters were not significantly different from healthy pregnant.U women with paroxysmal tachycardia have been certain circulatory disorders in the uterine arteries, umbilical artery ., which do not significantly affect the performance of fetal biophysical profile. Results of the study confirmed: the state of the fetus in pregnant women with these cardiac arrhythmias is not distress. Based on the findings it can be concluded that the alleged tactics of birth in pregnant women with ekstrosistoly and paroxysmal tachycardia is defined obstetric situation. Recommendations made as a result of the study were implemented in obstetric clinic. Requires further study of the fetus in the latent and active phase of labor.
